Facial Therapy – NQF L4 – 4 Days

The Facial Therapy NQF level 4 course provides you with the foundation of Skin care to your potential customers.

This course is a 4 day in class course that includes theory as well as practical on the Facial Procedure

What you will learn:

• Skin Theory
• Identify diseases and disorders of the skin
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Procedures included: Facial cleanse, Exfoliating, Mark Application, Extraction, Facial Massage
• Discussion and knowledge gained on the various products, types of treatment available and what is best suited to your clients needs
• Costing and Marketing your Facial Treatments

This module forms part of the NQF L4 Nail and Beauty Technology course.

Students will be required to do 1 week at home study after the course completion, prior to writing their formative exams.

60 days (2 months) after the formative exams, the student will be required to complete their Portfolio of evidence as well as their notional hours as set out by services seta.

This course must be completed prior to scheduling other Aesthetic Skills courses

Applicants who wish to complete the course up to the summative, should have a Matric certification or equivalent certification.
