DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Shampoo and towel dry hair. It is important to note that the perm rods must be applied before the perm lotion. Select rod size for the amount of body and wave desired, wind in usual manner. Apply lotion to each curl, take a test curl after 7 minutes and every 5 minutes thereafter. When the desired curl is achieved, rinse with lukewarm water and towel blot each curl. Apply Medihair Neutralizer to each curl, leave on hair for at least 5 minutes, thereafter, rinse with water.

PROCESSING TIME: Bleached/Highlighted Hair, 10-15 minutes.

Tinted Hair, 8-12 minutes.

For bleached hair allow a shorter period of processing time because

the hair is already weaker than tinted hair.
